What you fill in yourself

There are three places where you can send us something: the contact form, the project request and the dealer form. In them you enter your name and email address, and if you want your phone number, your island and your message. With a quote, your kitchen design goes along.

That request arrives at Red Cube as an email, with your address as the reply address, so we can simply write back. We use it to answer your question and for nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

We keep requests for as long as the conversation runs and for two years after that, so we can find an old quote if you call later. After that we delete them.

What your browser remembers

One cookie: your language choice, so the site opens in the right language next time. Beyond that, your browser itself remembers your cart and the island you picked. If you arrived through an advert, the link carries a click code; your browser keeps it for 90 days. It only reaches us when you send a request yourself or tap call, WhatsApp or directions.

All of that stays on your own device; we cannot reach it. Because there are no trackers, we do not have to ask you anything either — hence no cookie banner.

What gets logged automatically

Our hosting provider keeps short server logs: which IP address requested which page and when, plus error messages. We need those to fix outages and stop abuse. Those logs are cleared automatically.

We also count visits, so we know whether anyone is finding the site at all. That tells us which page you opened, which link brought you here, which country you are in and what kind of device you used. It happens without cookies: our counting provider derives a code from the request itself and throws it away after a day. So we cannot recognise you when you come back, cannot follow you to other websites, and cannot see who you are — only how busy it is.

Who else sees it

We work with a few parties. Our hosting and the visit counter both run at Vercel, the email carrying your request goes through Resend, and our catalogue, stock levels and the requests themselves sit at Supabase. If you arrived through a Google advert, we only tell Google that the click led to a request or a purchase, using Google's own click code — not your name, email address or phone number. No Google script runs on this site.

Their servers are off-island, so your details travel there. Nobody else gets to see them, unless the law obliges us.

What you can ask of us

You may ask which details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to their use. Send an email to info@redcube.kitchen or drop by the showroom; we reply within a week.

If we cannot work it out together, you can turn to the supervisory authority for your island: on Curaçao the College bescherming persoonsgegevens, on Bonaire the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
