What you fill in yourself

There are three places where you can send us something: the contact form, the project request and the dealer form. In them you enter your name and email address, and if you want your phone number, your island and your message. With a quote, your kitchen design goes along.

That request arrives at Red Cube as an email, with your address as the reply address, so we can simply write back. We use it to answer your question and for nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

We keep requests for as long as the conversation runs and for two years after that, so we can find an old quote if you call later. After that we delete them.

What your browser remembers

One cookie: your language choice, so the site opens in the right language next time. Beyond that, your browser itself remembers your cart and the island you picked.

All of that stays on your own device; we cannot reach it. Because there are no trackers, we do not have to ask you anything either — hence no cookie banner.

What gets logged automatically

Our hosting provider keeps short server logs: which IP address requested which page and when, plus error messages. We need those to fix outages and stop abuse. Those logs are cleared automatically.

Who else sees it

We work with three parties. Our hosting runs at Vercel, the email carrying your request goes through Resend, and our catalogue and stock levels sit at Supabase — which holds no visitor data at all.

Their servers are off-island, so your details travel there. Nobody else gets to see them, unless the law obliges us.

What you can ask of us

You may ask which details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to their use. Send an email to info@redcube.kitchen or drop by the showroom; we reply within a week.

If we cannot work it out together, you can turn to the supervisory authority for your island: on Curaçao the College bescherming persoonsgegevens, on Bonaire the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
