Warranty

Your kitchen comes with a warranty — from the factory in the United Kingdom, and from the shop where you buy it. Here is what that means and how it works in practice.

Where the warranty comes from

The British manufacturer gives a generous factory warranty on the carcass and the hardware. That warranty runs through the shop you bought from; you report it there and they take it from you.

Who looks at it

The Red Cube owner on your island assesses it. They can tell the difference between an assembly mistake — a hinge fixed at an angle, a hole in the wrong place — and a fault from the factory, such as a carcass that is out of square or a front that comes away on its own.

A factory fault is replaced. An assembly mistake strictly falls outside that, but the shop has the stock sitting right there and decides for itself when to be generous. In practice people work it out together; that is exactly the advantage of a shop around the corner instead of a factory across the ocean.

What is not covered

Damage from fitting things wrongly, from water, from sea air in a room that does not ventilate enough, and from changes you make to the cabinets yourself. Also normal wear and scratches, and damage from aggressive cleaning products.

Parts stay available

This is where stock pays for itself: if something gives out, you collect that one door, that one hinge or that one plinth. No new kitchen, no waiting, no container. That holds for as long as the range runs.

How to report it

Walk into the shop with your receipt or order number and a photo of what is wrong. Do it as soon as you notice — the fresher the report, the easier it is to solve.

Appliances

We do not sell ovens, hobs, extractor hoods or fridges. For those, the warranty of the brand itself applies, and that of the shop where you bought them.
